Is Now the Right Time to Upgrade Your ERP Software?
Enabling a remote enterprise has become a priority for all companies during this COVID-19 outbreak. Many organization may have thought they were ready for their employees to work seamlessly from home. But, for many companies the cracks in the foundation are showing. And businesses that can’t maintain access to critical business functions, including ERP systems are more likely to fall behind a competitor that is prepared. Acumatica 2020 R1 Now Available

Superior usability, new native modules and cross connected workflows highlight the areas in this release. Some of the improvements are highlighted below:
Acumatica vs Dynamics SL : End User Licensing
Your ERP system can handle a lot more than just accounting. If you track inventory your users will need to enter receipts, inventory transfers, etc. If you are project-centric your users will need to enter time and expense entries. If you have service techs, your employees will need to update Service Orders, ideally from outside of the office. If you are a manufacturer then your employees will need to update Production Orders as they move through your factory. Your ERP system can touch a lot of employees and adding users to your ERP system can get expensive and complicated. That is one of the reasons Acumatica has taken a different approach.
Acumatica Summit 2020 Day One Recap – Acumatica Has Arrived
Seven years ago, at my first Acumatica Summit, I left knowing Polaris Business Solutions needed to become a partner. There was an excitement and a sense of community that I hadn’t seen since early Solomon Software events. At that Summit, cloud ERP was in its infancy and Acumatica’s competitors, and many others, were still doubtful of Acumatica’s future. It was still another year before Acumatica would break the 1,000 customers threshold and the company was only 6 years old. But, the enthusiasm from Acumatica’s employees and partners was convincing. Today, after the first day of Summit 2020 in Las Vegas it is now obvious – Acumatica has arrived.

Acumatica vs. Dynamics SL: Dashboards
Your ERP system has a wealth of information about the health of your business, so getting the right data to the right users in a timely fashion can help you take corrective action if necessary. One of the most popular ways to provide users with relevant data is through dashboards. When comparing the options current Dynamics SL users have compared to Acumatica users there is certainly a big difference.
