Todd Delaney has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations improve operations through ERP and financial systems. Since founding Polaris Business Solutions in 2007, Todd has led the company’s growth from a Microsoft Dynamics SL consulting practice into a full-service ERP and business consulting firm focused on Acumatica Cloud ERP, accounting services, and industry-specific business solutions.
Todd works closely with organizations in industries including construction, environmental services, project-based businesses, manufacturing, distribution, and the growing space and small satellite sector. His expertise includes ERP selection, implementation strategy, financial process improvement, project accounting, reporting, and operational workflow design.
Under Todd’s leadership, Polaris became an Acumatica Gold Certified Partner and has successfully helped companies modernize from legacy ERP and accounting systems to cloud-based platforms that improve visibility, scalability, and operational efficiency. He is also actively involved in developing innovative solutions around AI, automation, and industry-specific applications within the Acumatica ecosystem. He firmly believes that the Daily Field Report functionality of Acumatica is underrated and loves to explore new ways to use DFRs.
Todd is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in International Accounting and remains passionate about helping businesses leverage technology to support growth and better decision-making. Outside of work, Todd spends his down time watching his two sons play soccer and spending time with his chocolate lab, Fergus, and two cats, Cinnamon and Otto. Todd is a Mexican food lover and is surprisingly good at Name That Tune – 70s Edition. Can’t forget – GO BIRDS!
