Ken’s career began in higher education management, where he served as an assistant business manager and systems administrator. In these early roles, he developed a strong foundation in both financial operations and information systems, gaining hands-on experience supporting administrative and accounting functions within an academic environment. Ken transitioned fully into the ERP and IT field in the early 1980s, where he focused on designing, implementing, and supporting association and chamber of commerce accounting and membership software solutions.
Over the course of his career, Ken has led and managed Microsoft Dynamics SL and Dynamics GP practices for several resellers across the Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and Florida regions.
